Feb. 28, 2024 Our company is retailer of custom apparel and gifts. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented person for Vinyl Print/cutting, weeding, and heat press operator. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated team player that can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.
As a Production Specialist, you will have a dual role working on both computer and production. You will be responsible for creating computer generated vinyl, Glitter, UV print graphic and/or full color graphics output that can be printed, weeded, cut, and applied and mounted to variety of garments and products. In production, you will be responsible for heat pressing embellishment into the garment or operating the UV printer machine and apply it to products such as shirts, sweaters and so on.
You Must Live in CLOSE PROXIMITY OF Gardena or Torrance CA.
Requirements
Knowledge of one or more of the following Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator is highly desired but NOT required.
Attention to Detail a Must
Previous Experience in vinyl cutting, UV printer, DTG and DTF and Heat Press
Ability to Follow Order Instructions
Ability to Multi-Task.
Good Organizational Skills
Positive attitude and team player a MUST!

Prior apparel print, apparel decoration or vinyl print design experience is desired
Prior experience in screen printing or embroidery shop is a plus.
We are interested in Candidates with stable work history.
We offer a friendly and casual work environment. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5 pm. Must be dependable and motivated to work efficiently. Excellent eye for detail and accuracy while keeping production moving quickly are mandatory. Excellent literacy in English language required for reading orders and fulfilling them correctly.
