The new digitizing package for Wings XP PRO Commander III is $14,000.00. I have the windows 98 version. I no longer use since out of business. With this and the upgrade fee of $5,000.00 you can have a new program. So I am willing to sell for a discount. I would like to get $3,000.00 for the key I have.
