I have a National Screen Printing Gas Conveyor Dryer for sale. It is currently still in daily production use but will be available soon. We clean it regularly and maintain it. We replaced the bearings a few months ago. The belt is frayed but it has been like that for the past few years and hasn't gotten worse. You may want to plan to replace the belt in a couple years.
These dryers are easy to maintain and just keep running. We feed 2 automatics to it. It has 4' infeed, 11.5' heat chamber and 4' outfeed (19.5' total length)

other than bearings and belt, is there anything else you have had problems with? Why you getting rid of it?

Sorry I'm just seeing your message. The dryer has been rock solid for me so no issues with it. We're doing mostly water based and discharge printing now so we want to go with a longer heat chamber to increase production speed. It will cure water based inks just fine but you have to slow the belt down to give it enough time in the chamber. A rough guess is that we can do 500 / hr water based and full speed of our autos w plastisol w this dryer.
