10 Color M&R Gauntlet II AC Heads Servo Drive

This is a 1998 one owner press with approximately 5 million prints. This press is refurbished, thoroughly checked out, serviced and ready to go. A one owner machine with all the best features: AC Print Heads, Servo Index, Air Screen Locks, Air Squeegee/Flood Bar Locks, Central Off Contact, Digital Operator Interface, Front and Rear Micro Registration, Clockwise or CCW Rotation and Revolver Mode. The press comes with 12 - 16" x 22 Pallets with New Rubber Tops, 10 - 16" Squeegees and Flood Bars, Owner's Manual and M&R Quartz Flash w/interface to the CPU on the press.

Our Refurbished Presses have the Following Services Performed Prior to Sale:

All Proximity Switches are solid wired (all splices removed)

The indexer is serviced and the Ball Screw operates smoothly with no chatter.

All screen locks, squeegee / flood bar locks and choppers tested to 100% with no leaks.

The CPU battery is replaced.

Pallets are recovered with new tops.

All Mac Valves are in perfect operating condition.

The Air Train is serviced and 100% Functional.

All Cam Followers are inspected and replaced as needed.

Registration Forks are measured for wear and replaced if needed.

Clevis Assembly is measured for wear and replaced if needed.

Micro Register functions are lubricated and adjusted

All moving parts are cleaned and re-lubricated with manufacturer's spec grease/oil.

All Safety Cords are checked and in good operating condition.

Cooling fans are either cleaned or replaced

The internal air tank is drained and checked for water/ rust, if either are present, then additional inspections of the Mac Valves and Cylinders is initiated.

We replace with OEM parts and Do Not Modify machines from original manufacturer's specifications

Press will be ready to ship April 1 (the pictures were taken last week and show the condition but not the completeness of the machine). Price is $30K FOB Camden SC.
