1993 M&R Challenger 14-16 Transformer

This is a Transformer package (every other head prints Jumbo) a very unusual machine in perfect shape. The machine was purchased by the current owner and hardly ever used, it has very few prints on it and is in excellent (unbelievable) condition. This is a time warp machine, without a doubt the best condition Challenger that I have seen for sale in years. It's like finding an old classic car, long ago forgotten in a barn.

The press was moved several years ago and never re-assembled. Every part is like new and original to the machine except the upgraded cast aluminum front screen holder brackets on every head.

The press has Central Off Contact, Air Screen Locks, Micro Registration, Over sized Print Chopper Cylinders, Mosier Indexer, Upgraded to Hardened Registration Forks, Missed Detector and Foot Pedal wiring. Also includes two M&R Omni Uni Flashes on stands (1 Standard and 1 Jumbo), (14) standard squeegees and flood bars and (7) jumbo squeegees and flood bars, (16) standard 16" x 22" pallets (other sizes available) and (56) squeegee / flood bar clamps

The Transformer Package gives Jumbo print capability in a smaller footprint (17' 6") than typical Jumbo presses. Every other head has a 36" maximum stroke and the in between heads stoke the standard 22". This gives the ability to print 7 colors Jumbo, 14 colors standard or combinations of the two. The machine's jumbo print area allows for "all over" prints of 7 colors (including sleeves).
