(2) Aeeon Membrane Double Platen Presses

[B]We have two outrageous Heat Transfer Machines. These are able to transfer irregular height substrates with ease and deliver crisp clean prints.[/B] These machines are New to America and offer the opportunity to apply DTF transfers, Cold Split, Hot Split and Flatten Garments for DTG. Double Bottom Platens with membrane technology that allows for irregular surfaces to receive consistent pressure and heat.

These are currently sold in America by Aeoon Technologies, 1510 Fairview Ave, St. Louis, MO, these list for $16,000 new and they are game changers. These two machines were purchased new about three years ago, with combined used of less than 100 cycles. They were purchased by a huge organization and they didn't fit in with a project they were testing, so they are now available in the used market. The video is 11 years old so the resolution leaves a lot to to be desired but the message is clear. The operator is doing heat transfers between the buttons on Polo style shirts in another section a transfer is successfully applied with a stapler on the bottom platen.

These units were made in Hungary and are the stoutest heat transfer machines I have seen in my 48 years in the t-shirt printing business. They require 220v single phase and 2100 watts of power. Air is also required for the automatic operation with dual platens. Each platen can be set for different time and pressure, therefore allowing two different products to be produced on one machine at the same time. Two sizes of platens are included (4) 17 1/2" x 21 1/2" and (2) 15 1/2" x 17 1/2". If one machine is purchased it would include half of the platens (3 pcs).
