2 station vs 4 station

I am looking at starting a screen printing operation out of my garage. What I have yet to fiqure out is the number of stations that come with a screen printing station. Does a two station allow you to print 2 shirts at a time? and a 4 station 4 shirts at a time. I would also like to know if the chemicals used are hazardous and need to be reclaimed and disposed of or can they be flushed into my septic systems?
Thanks for you time,
Chris Gosch

Hello Chris,

The stations allow you to print a flash plate then give it time to cool before applying the subsequent colors. The print heads allow you to have that many different colors. We have a 6 color / 6 station press that works fine for us.

Check the "safety data sheets" that come with the chemicals. Most (in our business) are Earth Friendly and EPA approved, but check to see if they'll interfere with your septic's eco-system.
