2000 Tuff Javelin (Custom/ oversized)

I am posting my Tuff Javelin for sale now but it will not be available till the end of August when we receive our new press.

For those of you who are familiar with Tuff products this is actually more a 6 color Olympian, everything is upgraded/oversized on this machine and it is capable of oversized printing. This machine was actually custom built for a shop that did beach towels in Cali so it can handle up to a 36" print stroke. The indexer and print stroke cylinders are also upgraded. All that to say this is not your everyday 6 color Javelin. The only reason I am selling is because we are upgrading to a 8 color Workhorse Sabre, which is a glorified Javelin with all the bells and whistles.

This machine is in great working order, all print heads work, holds perfect registration, all micros work smoothly, and it will include 2 flashbacks, 1 set of adult pallets and extra squeegees. We use this machine daily to print 6 color prints on dark garments, simulated process, 4 color process, and very detailed spot prints on orders up to 3,000pcs with ease. This machine is very clean and maintained regularly. Parts and support are readily available through Workhorse products.
