2000 Tuff Javelin (Custom/ oversized)

San Antonio, Tx, TX, United States

I am posting my Tuff Javelin for sale now but it will not be available till the end of August when we receive our new press.

For those of you who are familiar with Tuff products this is actually more a 6 color Olympian, everything is upgraded/oversized on this machine and it is capable of oversized printing. This machine was actually custom built for a shop that did beach towels in Cali so it can handle up to a 36" print stroke. The indexer and print stroke cylinders are also upgraded. All that to say this is not your everyday 6 color Javelin. The only reason I am selling is because we are upgrading to a 8 color Workhorse Sabre, which is a glorified Javelin with all the bells and whistles.

This machine is in great working order, all print heads work, holds perfect registration, all micros work smoothly, and it will include 2 flashbacks, 1 set of adult pallets and extra squeegees. We use this machine daily to print 6 color prints on dark garments, simulated process, 4 color process, and very detailed spot prints on orders up to 3,000pcs with ease. This machine is very clean and maintained regularly. Parts and support are readily available through Workhorse products. This is the most recent pic I have along with a 6 color print we did on 2,600pcs. More to come or I can text more upon request. The link to our company Facebook is below by my number so you can scroll and see samples and even videos of jobs we do daily.

Asking $15,000

We've got one of these machines too, I heard there was 3 produced but didn't know where the other 2 were. We're hanging on to ours since it is a great little machine but hopefully it'll go to a good home.

Yes thats what I was told by Tuff, 3 of these machines were built for that shop. It really is a great machine, it will make someone very happy.

Pretty sure I have the 3rd. Best Javelin I have ever worked on. 5 years 5 days a week and I think two flip cylinders and a couple squeegee stops is all I have put on it. Machine easily has 3mil impressions and runs like a champ.

Cool!!! Now we know where all 3 of these custom machines ended up. Thanks for the good word. Yes my press is the same, it just runs and prints every day with no problems!! These were built for the long haul and are super solid machines!

Friday Bump!

This is a great, easy to use, money making machine with years of service left on it. I just trained a guy on a standard 6 color Javelin with the standard piston style stroke cylinder and I have to say the control these upgraded print cylinders give you on this machine make a world of difference. Also the extended arms give lots of room for setup.
Also don't forget the print stroke on this machine is a massive 36". Call me with any questions, and lets make a deal.
