The flashes listed are quartz flashes correct? They say IR.

No they are IR flashes made by M&R and they are the same age as the press. I could likely round up one Quartz flash for this machine in place of the two IR flashes.

I have a quartz flash for the machine, 1 - quartz or 2 - IR's same price.

$38k crated, the guy is dug in and won't come off the price on this very low print count press. 700,000 impressions is nothing for this machine (this translates to about 25 dz/prints per day since new)
