What is the condition of the machine? Was this maintained and serviced regularly? Does it include software?

I purchased the machine on this forum in February. I was tired of outsourcing all of our embroidery business. However, we never got around to using it so it has been siting in our shop.

I was told by the seller who was in Waco, TX that it was well maintained.

I paid exactly $6,000 for the machine and I will sell it for the same price.
