I-Made Program is a $2500.00 upgraded software that allows you to program rotations and jobs in. Allows you to walk away from the machine while running, if necessary.

Is the machine still setup and can be viewed? I am 2 hours away and would love to come look at it. Also does this do well with white inks?

Yes, machine is currently up and in production daily. It is a 5 color. They will build as many heads as you want. It is set up for a 6 color, but the print head is not there. We use that as the flash station. So it is a 5 clr / 7 station, but a 6th color can be added.

We slide a regular flash in where ever needed. You do lose the color for the particular job.
However with I-Made revolver, if you need to send it around again for a 2nd white or something you have that option.

You can add the 6th color for $2,000 from Brown. You can run 4 clrs and 2 flashes or you can run 5 clrs if you run the white around 2X.

Forgot to answer your question, regarding the white. Yes, you just have to add a little pressure and slow down the stroke speed until the ink gets flowing.
