All Falcon flash curing systems incorporate the high power quartz elements for the fastest flashing possible. The quartz elements in the Plug-N-Go flash cycle on and off with index of the Falcon automatic screen printing press, which only heats and consumes power when needed. The Plug-N-Go flash is as the name suggests; simply plug the flash into any Falcon line of presses and you are ready to go. The Falcon press will take over all flash controls and you will be ready to print.

The Plug-N-Go works so well that Workhorse has developed a universal quartz flash that works with most all screen printing presses. This flash has all the features of the Plug-N-Go and uses a built in sensor and timer to control the flash. Now everyone can have an awesome flash for their press.

Both the Universal Flash and the Plug-N-Go have easy height adjustment, casters for maneuverablity, as well as having three heat zone that can be turned on and off as need. If, for example, you are printing on a left chest you can just turn on the small heat zone to flash that area.
