3M Scotchlite Heat Lamp Sign Applicator & 3M Reflective Sheeting

Large Heat Bond Vacuum Sign Machine Used for highway / road construction signs. Scotch Lite heat lamp applicator - Type VAL-2, 4'H x 7'W x 5'D,

I was told it worked great before it was put in storage, I purchased it at the city auction along with everything you'd need to make street signs. About 20 rolls of 3M Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting and 1,000's of Reflective Letters as well as spare light bulbs/parts.

Make me any offer on any/all of it.

I will be opening a street and traffic sign operation as soon as I collect all the necessary equipment, I also need metal aloy sign stock, sign mounts, and posts if you have any of this I may be able to use it.
I s the camera, computer and sign softwhere included

What city did it come out of and why did they get rid of it.
