8/10 Anatol Volt Full Size Full Shop

South LA, LA, United States

Hello, we are selling the following full equipment package.

To my knowledge this is the only Anatol Volt that is available on the used market.

Equipment installed at the end of 2014. LED Exposure arrived early 2015.
We are still under warranty. For a serious buyer I can talk to Anatol if the warranty can be transferable. I would imagine if so, then you may be required to use them to move/install.

Equipment package includes:

• 8 Color, 10 Station Anatol Volt Full size. Takes 23x31 frames. Single phase power. Quick Release platens
• (1) Anatol Rapid Wave Quartz Flash Unit. 16x18". Single phase
• (1) Anatol Aurora LED Exposure Unit 26x36"
• (1) Anatol Electric Solutions Dryer. 36" Belt. 6' heat, 2.5' in/out feed. Single phase
• (10) 16x20" Anatol Adult Platens with matching squeegees + floodbars + 3 Winged floodbars
• (10) 4"x20" Anatol Sleeve Platens with matching squeegees + floodbars
• (10) Custom 2-up Anatol Pocket Platens

Why we are selling?
We are upgrading to Direct to Screen plus we need more printheads & a larger gas dryer. This press would require serious modifications to work correctly with the new DTS setup.
We bought this press as a stepping stone from our previous auto to our ultimate plan on a 10-12 color press as our previous space wasn't large enough.

All equipment is in good condition. Holds great registration.
Pics should show how clean everything is. I am the only person to operate it and keep the equipment clean and good running order.

Our highest electric bill to-date for our entire shop including a/c for our ~400 sq ft office is $315 per month. Usually in $200s per month. Equipment even at single phase is very power efficient.

We will need to use equipment until our new equipment arrives which could be as early as late November.

Pickup only, if you want to ship then you will need to come here and break-down equipment and palletize.

Equipment is sold as-is. If warranty transfer through Anatol is possible then you can do that.

$44,995 for all of the above. If you get a quote for the press right now it is much more than the entire package we have listed not including freight/crate.
Please PM me with any questions.

Thanks

For all of the people who have asked, we can split the equipment only if the press sells first. Here is the pricing:

Press, flash & all accessory platens $36k
Conveyor Dryer $4500
LED Exposure unit $2700

We have another year of warranty; however it's not transferable.
If we move on the sale of the press soon it can be ready for pickup before the end of the year.

PM me and we can discuss. Thanks.

Can I ask why you're selling the press? We're thinking about buying either a volt or a roque, and are currently on the fence. If you could PM me, I'd love to pick your brain for a minute!

Thank you!!

Deposit did not make it for deadline so we are bumping this up.
We would prefer to hang on to equipment until mid-late January but are willing to arrange to have it ready for pickup for the last week of this month. Take advantage of potential tax deductions for 2016. Equipment is being used daily and can be inspected by appointment. Thanks.

Has this been sold yet, if not I'm working on securing the money.

Can you please give me your name and number and your Company name,
Thanks,

DRC Screenprinting.

Would be interested in seeing your equipment. Am in Kansas so would have to plan a trip that direction. We are in the process of building new facility so won't be able to move for several months, hoping that might work out with your timing.

Since you are moving up to direct to screen are you also selling your printer for your films?

Thank you,
Michelle Callison
