92 M&R Challenger 10/12 for sale, whole or parts

Hey guys, getting rid of our Challenger I and looking for anyone who's interested.

8 of the heads have the updated heavy cast head supports, the other 4 have the originals.

Mosier index cylinder.

All lights on the control panel are working, and every switch works. We just replaced some of the Omron controllers in the system, and the power supply.

Head II is a flash head and has an omni flash installed there.

Press is registered very well, and we routinely do 4CP and high detail sim process. It works as designed. This press does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does what it is supposed to.

Issues are minor. There is a leak in a tolomatic cylinder, and a few small air leaks in some hoses.This is heard at the MAC valve in the air diffusers. I haven’t had time to diagnose where its coming from, but the press still operates fine. Head 7 needs a Prox sensor i think as well. A few of the frame hold down cylinders are slow to action, and should be replaced. Obviously a bit inked up but that is to be expected of a press of this age. Its not going to win any press beauty contests, but it is functional and reliable. Hasn't let us down in 4 years. We've got lots of spare parts, and this could be a good first auto.
