Adjusting Take Up Levers (Brother)

I have a Brother BAS-416A (1 Head, 9 Needle)

My take up levels are not even when my pulley is set at 100 degrees. So after some research it seems I need to adjust the levers so they are all even when at 100 degrees.

Problem:

How do I adjust the take up levers for a brother machine?
Or more importantly my model: BAS-416A?
