Help First Timer .eps to .pes

Hey smart people.. I have no clue about embroidery at all but my wife has one of the small brother machines from Walmart to do small stuff and her brother asked if she could do his company logo but we cant figure out how to change a .eps to a .pes file I googled it and it suggested some $2500 software which is just out of the question for us....

Can any of you make a suggestion the logo is only 2 letters and its one solid color so its not complex but I need a to find a free converter software.

Thanks for any help,

Mud

the file needs to be what is called "digitized". spending money on digitizing software right now would be a waste of money. there is a lot more to digitizing than buying software, and a free converter is going to give you an awful looking and stitching file. there is a lot of thinking and "know-how" that goes into digitizing a design. even a simple one, if not digitized correctly, can pull and stretch and curl the fabric, cause thread breaks and birdsnests in the bobbin case, and throw any outlines out of registration so that you end up with gaps. i've never, in almost 21 years, seen an auto-digitized, or converted, file come out even half way decent. it is usually faster to redigitize an "auto" file than it is to try to edit it.
