I have an opportunity to do a quantity of work for an established customer who has screen printing needs. We currently do machining work for them and have an excellent relationship. They need us to screen print their logo onto some of the powder coated aluminum plates that we are already manufacturing. It is single color, approx. 4" x 6", and will be in quantities of approx. 200 per month. There will be other opportunities to do additional work once we are established, both for this customer, and for others.
I am having a hard time finding good information for doing this type of work on non-textiles. Can anyone suggest a good resource for me. I do have a basic knowledge of the processes, but am looking for advice on equipment selection appropriate to the job.

You use a solvent graphics ink, possibly uv, talk to your ink supplier. Otherwise it's pretty much the same as textiles.
