Anyone know of a small footprint rotary

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a rotary screen printer that has the smallest footprint. I do not have much space in my shop. If there is a single color, but one that is not cumbersome and you can get some production out of it, I would be love to know of that also. If a rotary is not feaseable then I'll do single colors in house and sub the multi stuff out.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I am all ears.

Thank you,
John

Hi John,
There is no "small footprint" rotary. They have to hold screens that stick out. Even if a rotary is a one station - 4 color , it'll still have a six or seven foot span.
There are some "junk" rotary printers on the market that do not have micro-adjustments and have a small footprint...but they will not allow you to print complex designs.
You could look at the (Printa) line of multi-color printers. They only need to have a 4X4 foot area to print and flash because the screens "stack" instead of rotate. You won't be able to do super tight registration but you can print multi-color designs.

Good luck...Hope you find the printer you need so you won't have to sub it out.

Workhorse, Hopkins, M&R, Vastex, Kodiac, Antec, Lawson, Brown, just to name a few. There are more, but the main thing to consider would be the micro-adjustments.
Keep looking on this site and do some more searching on the web and you'll find the press that is right for your space.
