Automatic Press is glitching

Hi, I'm having a technical issue with the automatic press I operate at my job, and I'm hoping someone here might have run across the same problem and can guide me.

It's an MHM S-Type 14/12, approximately 5 years old, purchased used. Great machine, but lately it's stopping mid-run ALL THE TIME and forcing me to realign the Proximity Sensor. And it won't let me realign from any/all of the 14 stations, it only consistently "fixes" when aligned with one particular head (which is invariably at the opposite side of the wheel from the sensor lol). So frustrating and time consuming to have to move the wheel 6 or 7 stations and then back again to the point from where it stopped printing every time it happens. Huge pain in the neck, especially in runs with a lot of commands. When this happens I can't restart the sequence in Multi Print, it doesn't remember where it was in the cycle, so I have to run off all the loaded shirts with manual commands and start over. Then it does it again. And again. It's been hell.

Has anyone has this issue, and if so what did you do? The machine is used, so not under warranty, and we don't have a local tech. I gotta fix this, it's killing me. I've tried cleaning it but that's all I know to do. Looked everywhere online for tips or instructions but so far I'm striking out. Any help is GREALY appreciated. ✌LDD

Sounds to me like the proxy has moved, and is only consistently reading one
alignment of table/press. I would verify which proxy it is, what it is sensing, and then compare distance/alignment of the sensor for the table/press alignment it "fixes" on and the ones it doesn't, aiming at all positions being like the one that works.
