what makes one an "expert" in digitizing? Time served? Designs done? Training others? Being trained by a "master"?

3 days in class when you purchase software?

Mentoring under previous digitizers?

Winning first place in over 14 international competitions?

Writing articles for magazines when the industry had more than pamphlets?

Smoking a wonderful pipe on a mountain in Cali? (some will understand this one)

What today makes a digitizer an "expert"?

Damn ROBERT I think he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day I hear what you’re saying the probably actually based out of Asia and they do hurt the market but I’ve seen some of your work and it’s good so you wouldn’t call yourself an expert I certainly wouldn’t consider myself an expert but I’m pretty good but I do turnkey digitizing and embroidering but wants to sew outs done I’ve never had anybody complain But I am my own worst critic I do each job as if I were doing it for myself unfortunately a lot of people don’t
