2 Brother bas423 for sale. Hat frames and hoops. both machines run. I know longer have 220 so I cannot turn the machines on to test. $4000 FOR BOTH

Does both machines fully function? Have you ever had any problems with them? Do they have USB readers installed? Are they 423A?
