Re: Brother Embroidery Machine
Are you still interested in a PR600? If so, I have one for sale. It is a couple years old...I bought it new, but used it very little. It has less than 80 hours of use. I can get you the exact stitch count if interested. I have 2 sets of hoops including 2 hat hoops. Will also include all thread and font programs. Asking $4000 plus the cost of shipping.
Re: Brother Embroidery Machine
You cant beat the Singer CE250 for its price, however if money is not issue, Brother 4000d is the best home embroidery machine.
It all depends on your budget as some machines at a set price are far better than other brands at the same price...!
Re: Brother Embroidery Machine
Can anyone tell me the differences between the Brother PR-600 and the PR600-II?
Re: Brother Embroidery Machine
The Brother PR-600 gives you the power and technology of a commercial embroidery machine yet is incredibly easy to use.

in a sense they are the same but not becuase they have different names...
Here is some embroidery applique, Its the type I prefer.
Re: Brother Embroidery Machine
The main differences are that the PR-600 has no light for the sewing area, has floppy and CF card instead of USB.
The improvements to the PR600II from the PR600 were the added light by the needles, USB port, slightly bigger LCD screen.
