Instruction manuals included( English and Spanish). Hoops included that go with the machine. 11.8"x7.9, 2 each 7.1"x5.1"- 2 each, 3.9"x3.9"-2 each, 2.4"x1.6"-2 each. Two smaller hoops 6"x5" square, 5"x5"- circle hoop. Weights 80lbs.
