I would agree with that. Functionality, setup and teardown speed is very important. Our press will run at a little over 1000 pieces per hour but we don't run it that fast very often. But you can make a lot more money printing at 800 per hour versus 400 an hour so press speed is important to me.

When considering buying an automatic screen printing machine, it is important to weigh several factors to ensure you make the right choice. Firstly, evaluate your specific needs and production requirements. Consider factors such as the size and type of materials you will be printing on, the desired print quality, and the volume of output you anticipate.

Next, thoroughly research the available options in the market. Look for a machine that offers advanced features like precise registration, quick setup, and user-friendly controls. Consider the reputation and track record of the manufacturer to ensure you invest in a reliable and durable machine.

Additionally, assess the long-term costs and benefits. While the initial investment may be significant, an automatic screen printing machine can greatly increase production efficiency and reduce labor costs over time. Look for a machine that offers good maintenance and technical support to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Ultimately, buying an automatic screen printing machine requires careful consideration of your specific needs, thorough research, and a focus on long-term benefits. By choosing the right machine, you can enhance your printing capabilities and drive your business forward.
