I currently use Wilcom Digitizing Software with the Barudan Chenille machine and can not get a consistant loop. Does anyone do chenille that is computerized? If so can you tell me the length of the loop stitch, radius, pile height etc?
Thank you

Re: Chenille Digitizing
There is a lot of things you need to check when running a chenille machine.
Check needle-needle plate-nipple setup it must the right setup for your yarn thickness.
Check your base material thickness, this is important to set your loop height when digitizing. Most of the time inconsistent loop stitches are because you are running your loop stitch high with loose tension.
Check your yarn tension, keeping in mind that tensioner 1 is for loop stitch only and tensioner 2 is for chain stitch only.
email me if need help. per@stx.rr.com.
Re: Chenille Digitizing
I use Wilcom and have both Tajima and Barudan machines and that sounds more like a machine issue than digitizing/settings issue.
