The KP06 from Comec Italia is a high-quality electropneumatic medium sized pad printing machine, designed for high quality imprints. Easy to use, it requires no special maintenance.

The heart of KP06 is the management software, complete with ergonomic operator interface with a backlighted display, with intuitive and high-performance features.

The KP 06 2 color printer is equipped with two 90 mm sealed ceramic ring style cups each on a 100x200mm cliché support.

Comes with baked enamel steel stand and foot pedal.

• The right cliché support is micro metrically controlled on xy axis as well as rotationally for fast easy registration.
• The unique feature of the stationary cup and the cliché moving in and out of the machine allows the pads to start in the back position giving the operator more room for loading and unloading parts.
• The pads operate on a shuttle moving the two pads in and out of the print station.
• It is capable of printing images of up to 3.75” inches in diameter.
• The electronic keyboard with just a simple keystroke allows print pause, cliché pause, single cycle, continuous cycle, manual mode,increase/decrease stroke on cliché and part.
• All functions are controlled by a digital microprocessor via a thin film touch pad with integration of all machine movements.
• All cycle components can be isolated and are velocity variable via a simple series of throttles.
