Anyone any good at Enlarging logo's to a cuttable state?

Depends on the type of file and what resolution it is at now. Adobe illustrator or any Vector program can do thet.

if you send me the file, I can vector it for you. I can usually vector a logo for about $20 or less. If it's really basic, I'll probably do it for free.
