Hello!
My first post... :)
I'm trying to source custom inks for printing on plastics...
I have white/black taken care of, and can purchase solid blues, reds, etc. But I'm looking for custom colors or anything that will match close enough. (Tan and greyish blue). Ideally, I'd need to air dry the plastic bottles... So my options are limited, but I just wanted to ask.
Thanks.
Re: Custom Colored Ink for printing on Plastics?
what type of inks are you using now? what is your application method (silk screen/mesh count)
Re: Custom Colored Ink for printing on Plastics?
No set in stone inks at the moment..
I've mostly been experimenting and learning for awhile now to get the process down 100% correct.
Using 230 mesh, but having minor issues with the finer details on ultra tiny text and lines.
I'm going to bump that up to 305 mesh count.
The solvent inks will work for sure, but it looks like I'll have to mix them by hand to vary the colors...
