Beware of Don Fenno
Hello my name is Junior I own a screen printing and embroidery company in southern California
I have a business partner name ray also we are reaching out to warm people about a machine broker
That goes by the name “Don Fenno” we made a deal with him a few months ago with a machine that
He was going to get us for 70,000 so we wired him 63,000 to his account well it’s been more than 2 months
He told us that the machine owner did not want to sell his machine anymore so we ask for out money back
Now he is just giving us the run around with lies after lies at this point we are starting a lawsuit against him
And will be posting on all forums about what he has done to us and others we recently talk to another person
That he has done this to.. Don't know if this will help me recover my money but at least warn people of the kind
Of business man that he is a lier a thief.. We are honest and hard working people that are only trying to better our
Company .. I know a lot of people might not agree and thinks he is a honorable and honest man but we
Have plenty of prof contracts and email from him to prove it...

Please don’t be the next person that this happens to

And for the record it was Steve Vermillion that recomended him to us...

Wow I just came to this site to look for another press and I came across the terrible name of Don Fenno. I posted a warning about him a year or so ago after he stole $40K from us. Literally stole. I immediately received dozens of calls of others he hurt badly and some even worse than me. When I tried to do the right thing just like Junior and warn people I was met with the same skepticism Junior is receiving and it's too bad. Finally on the t-shirt board the CEO of M&R stepped in to back my story and everybody all of a sudden was on my side. Don Fenno may have done some good things for people, but he straight up steals from others. I honestly don't know how he is not in jail or something worse. My name is Bill Finn, CEO of Classic Shirts Inc. I run a successful business 7 autos no reason to lie, Don Fenno steals money and will never return your call. It's just too expensive to sue someone out of state especially someone that obviously has nothing. Junior please go after that guy and at least make his life hell. On a more positive note, M&R gave me a great deal on a press after feeling bad for my situation and was the best press we ever bought (14 color sportsman). Good luck Junior.

I have known Don for at least 15 years and have bought many pieces of screen printing equipment from him and have nothing but praise for his honesty. He will make everything right If given a chance.

All I can say is I have known don for 20 years and have done many deals with him..this is not his charachter, im sure you can find resolve without legal action..he has been selling new and used ewuioment for 25-years.he didnt get where he is by screwing people.just saying!!

Its just that a lot of damage can be done to a persons charahter, ability to make a living not to mention other things when posting on the web and forums he makes a living using. even if he is wrong there are always 3 sides to the story and debating it on a public forum is no place to do it. LETS NOT LET THIS DESTROY THIS MAN AND 25 YEARS HE HAS BUILT HIS REPUTATION AND COMPANY.PLEASE REMOVE YOUR POSTS AND DEAL WITH HIM PRIVATLY..

Well Steve Vermillion aka Buster161 i know you think he is a good broker but is been 3 months and he does not even answer his phone all he does is send text on how is in a conference call and since this is not your money you don't understand i would not be surprise if you got a cut of that money yourself i know you are trying to help that liar and crook but all your doing is putting yourself in the same spot as he is ...why would anybody trust you also if you really believe that this guy is good when you know the truth and again thanks for the text i am not trying to put this guy out of business he is doing it to himself....

did he take 63,000 dollars from you it is only when it happen to you or any other person then you will understand what kind of person he really is have you ever meet him personally and i don't care about his reputation at this point when all i get is excuses your are welcome to send me a e-mail and i will send you proof of what is going on or you can call me anytime i am not the one that is running away from this problem also there is no sides to the story he claim to sell a machine i wire the money he said the seller back out and was going to return the money and 3 months later i still have not gotten my money back or machine so let me know what other part of the story is missing i have the wire transfer i send him anyways i am filling a wire fraud and and already got my lawyer involved to get this resolved

i also need help asking anybody that has gone thru this like i have will help my case against him

well steve the biggest question is where is my money well i will tell you not in my bank account ask don what he really did with it... trust me i can post a lot more text if you would like me to just let me know and steve vermillion i wish you would have never refer this friend of your to us.. but i know you don't think this is no big deal again i should have never trusted you either... thanks for nothing and really nothing

I do believe that their is still good honest brokers and business people i just got screw and stuck with the bad one again i really putting this out their to advise people about him and what he is doing... It's funny cause after we started going thru this liar of man called Don Fenno everybody shakes their head and knows that i am not the only guy he has done this to
