how come nobody has been to his door to teach him a lesson on taking money from people illegally Im just asking

don't want to get into the long story again but he took $63,000 from and never receive nothing from him but lies this was May 7 2015 and nothing yet i agree someone should teach him a lesson i know he took a lot from me but i have been bless with work and don't have time to chase it i tried all avenues from attorney and the law nothing works the guy is a major scam lowlife piece of you know what and i know he reads these post because this is where he gets all his victims i would gladly split what he owes me with anybody that is willing to take the time to recover it hell i will even take only 40% i have all my paper work and text from this crook....
