Drying with a Flash Dryer?

I recently bought a complete All-in one system and it came with a swingable Flash dryer.
Using it on HIGH for (25-30 sec.) iv'e been recently noticing that my ink has been a little WET on the Inside of the shirt, Meaning it's drying it on the outside but not all the way through..

The question I have is:

What is the BEST way to dry the Ink properly using a Flash Dryer ?

I do not have a conveyor dryer so the only way I have to dry ink is to use the flash dryer..

When i first started printing all i had was a no name flash dryer..

It was totally tough, but as a beginner printer its kinda your only option without dropping a lot of money.

Before printing each shirt, id pre-heat my pallets (or pre-heat the tshirt).

Make sure your up to temp, id stay in the 300-350 mark, no hotter.

if your getting up to temp right you should have no problems, unless your leaving a real thick ink deposit

Thanks for the quick reply, I would really like to purchase a used small conveyor dryer but I don't have 220 and I wonder if they make a 110 small unit.. ??

I will give that method a try and see how it works.

ANYONE else that has a method for drying with a Flash dryer?
