yes, both the pallets and screens rotate separately. It is still for sale. thanks.

AT the risk of sounding like a complete douche, I must disagree with you. The link that you are showing appears to be an Antec Legend. This link, from the Antec website shows that the Dynamic press is blue. http://www.digitsmith.com/dynamic-antec-4x4-printing-press-2-40361.html
