M&R Eco-Tex Mini 54x39 Screen Washing/Reclaiming System automates and simplifies the entire screen-cleaning process, and it handles screen frames up to 137x100 cm (54" x 39"). Chemical wash nozzles move up and down and spray from both sides of the screen at the same time. Washout station (shown at left) combined with a pressure-washer (purchased separately) offers the opportunity to rinse the screens after the chemical wash cycle. Coarse filter to prevent large pieces of tape or other debris from circulating through the machine. The machine itself doesn’t use water.
Maintenance check the filters for blockage, keep nozzles clear, occasionally drain/clean/refill chemical tank. (required frequency depends on production speed and screen conditions as they enter the machine)
