Re: electric dryer
I have 2 Workhorse powerhouse dryers for our 3 oversize autos. A PQ5217 and a PQ4013. They are by far the best dryers I've ever used. The quartz bulbs are second to none. We had to reformulate all of our waterbase/discharge ink colors when we got the first one because the colors came out so much brighter than the infrared dryer we replaced.
Both of the dryers I bought used. And each one had a couple of damaged bulbs, probably from transit of previous owners, and the bulbs are like $50 each to replace. I called up Workhorse, and they sent out new ones right away. If you can get one, remove the bulbs before shipping or trucking.
I paid about $5k each for mine locally here in Los Angeles.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Re: electric dryer
In reference to the harco dryer 3 phase it's a 94, want 500.00. 20 ft in lenght/ 12 ft of tunnel, it's a workhorse. I'm moving shops and can't use 3 phase. I hate to get rid of it, it's been great.
