The fabric is eating threads (satin stitches) , the pull is .3
and density is .33 with zigzag and center run underlay..

I don't know all the details but the density looks like it's too high, I don't see any backing through those holes, I maybe see topping and is that metallic thread? How big are your letters, they may be too small to run a serif font on that type of material. Give me all the details and I'll give you my 2 cents worth. Good Luck

I agree with Obemb in that it looks like your density is too high (WAY) and your thread tensions probably are too.. look at the backside that will tell you. When sewing on material like this I have found it useful to use 2 pcs of organza as backing... then you have to carefully cut out around the embroidery but it stabilizes without leaving any of the white paper look... which if you pull can tear this delicate open weave fabric you are using.
