Who makes some good florescent/neon inks? I've used Int'l Coatings inks in the past, but they are really thin. When I print them on top of a white UB*, I tend to see the white popping through--not to mention the bulletproof texture.
*need to underbase on anything other than white shirts with the IC inks.
Maybe this is a technique issue? Should I discharge, flash, then hit it with the plastisol ink? I'm thinking that might also help with the heavy hand. Now in addition to that, can I simply flash the discharge, then print plastisol, and have it all cure in the dryer? Or does that discharge need to completely cured under the flash before I hit it with color?
