Graphic Automation Mashers

For Sale: Graphic Automation “Mashers” these machines were manufactured for a screen-printing carousal press, where the squeegee air cylinder valve would trigger the lift of the support bars to the bottom of the printing pallet and the cylinder above the heating element would drop to basically pinch the pallet to allow for some really cool in-line techniques including (Heat Tap ink smoothing, cold peel shiny tap prints, foiling and other very cool print techniques to be done as part of the printing process instead of off-line) I’ve listed a few notes below in regards to these machines:
• Adjustable feet, allows to adjust the height of the press to ensure it is properly level and brings the pallet to the heating element
• (2) SMC Cylinders, a large cylinder for lifting the support pallet and a small pancake cylinder at the top for dropping the heating element
• Manual Foot control if you wanted to use this off-line
• Fuji control board, which allows you to adjust the heat of the heating element which these are rated up to 400 degrees and also have consistent heat across the element
