HAPPY VOYAGER HCS 1201-30 Single Head, 12 Needle Light Industrial Embroidery machine.

Voyager is a 12-needle, single-head embroidery machine that is between a COMMERCIAL machine and HEAVY DUTY HOME BUSINESS machine.

It is very quiet, surprisingly affordable, yet built to take on big sewing jobs. Its combination of sewing power, portability and price has made Voyager one of HAPPY's most popular single-head models ever!

The machine is equipped with a built-in bobbin winding device that runs independently of the machine sewing. Color match both sides of your embroidery!

Durable Construction Die cast metal frame, strong drive system for long machine life - proven after years in the field! Safety Cover. If you open the cover during operation, a sensor detects it opening and the machine automatically stops to avoid danger. Rotary Thread Break Detect Sensor The rotary thread break sensor monitors each thread and automatically stops the machine when the thread has broken or the bobbin is empty.

Narrow Cylinder Arm Voyager's narrow-profile sewing arm allows embroidery in tight areas, such as cuffs or pockets. The arm's small diameter allows sewing in areas that many other embroidery machines cannot cover. Operating the Voyager is a joy.

Happy Link Software Happy's link software allows easy transfer of designs to the machine Flash card, USB or serial connections. Send the design to the machine along with many commands, such as color sequence, design rotation and others. The software also allows you to control the machine's functions from the PC. Features: * 12 needles, 12"x12" sewing field.

This comes with:

1 - 230 degree cap hoop - shown in photos. This embroiders caps much better than the other machines I have. Larger area, faster speed. Photo 6 shows one I just ran.

We purchased this machine used in February of 2008. We have used it in our business lightly doing polos & caps. It has been a very good machine. My local Multi-Rep Dealer says this is his favorite machine and that it is much better built than any of the craft machines like Brother.

The HAPPY is very easy to change thread colors in a design - simply by changing the needle through the control panel.

We are selling it as we have acquired another Embroidery business which had two newer machines and we do not have room for all three.
