Heat on Hotronix Heat Press is Taking Off On Me

We recently moved to a new shop and one of my buddies didn't ask about how to carry our heat press out of our old location and carried it by the top part of the press. When we got to our new location it wouldn't close properly, but I was able to make some adjustments and now that seems to be okay. Ever since though I have been having a heating issue. I set it to warm up to 310 degrees. It will reach temperature - but after pressing some shirts it will drop to below 300. If I let it sit too long between presses (10 minutes) the temp will rise to 400. Any ideas what might be wrong?

let me know when you find out bought mine new less than 6 months ago its also shutting off when it ets around 400 i'm gonna call best blanks tomorrow i will let you know
