Hello my name is luis, i live in delaware, i am 17 years old.
The shop i work for receantly pruchased a used Melco EMC 10t Embroidery machine, it seems to be a 4 head/ 10 color machine, other than that i know nothing about this machine what so ever. I am not a novice to computers and software, but this machine has me beat, our company purchased melco design shop pro software and i have been learning the software. Could anyone please point to a website or a place where i could find more inforamtion on this type of machine? Such as setting it up/ instructions. Currently the machine is off and we would really like to begin in the world of embroidery, Thanks and have a nice day.
