Hello....my new friends!

Hi, I'm new to the embroidery world...actually i have always outsourced my embroidery but right now we are looking into purchasing our first embroidery machine. We are a sign and apparel shop, have been in business for almost 20 yrs. We screenprint in-house and have outsourced the embroidery for about 15 years. We have always gotten dst files when ordering our customers artwork....and have them digitized by Fast Emb tapes but most recently have been going through Cheapest Digitizing. So it is about time to get our own machine. I have no idea what type of machine to get. This is why I joined this forum. Can anyone give me any input on brands of machines and any other info that would help me? I've gotten a quote on a couple of machines today but have no idea what to look for. We are thinking a two head but not sure. Thanks for your input.
