Help with opening a BDF File

I would force the customer to buy new digitizing for two reasons. First, you're going through all this PITA probably without charging the customer anything which means you're not making anything despite doing some work. Second, I hate dealing with files my customers bring in from other embroiderers. For some reason they always seem to cause me trouble. I routinely force my customers to buy my digitizing even if they've already had it done someplace else. That way I'm sure it works the way I want it to work.
