I am attempting to create a digitized basketball design for our local high school team. I have the vectored file in both color and B&W but when I attempt to use the "Quickstitch" option it will not fill accurately. I've verified that all the outlines are solid but there is still bleeding that just doesn't seem to make any sense. Is this a trait with th Husqvarna 3D digitizing software or am I missing something. Any advice will be appreciated.

Most 3D logos you need to digitize by hand. No auto-digitize can help you.
First, you need make underlay to cut the foams at open-corners for you.
Then you need to set the satin stitches very dense on the 3D part.
