Hello everybody, I need your help, I just bought a Tajima TMFXIIC1206, it has 3 wires in the power cordon, green, black and white, I connect it to 127V, but it didn't work, I was thinking that maybe it is 220V, how can I know what kind of voltage it has?
Thank you

Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
so, did you connect the machine?
Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
Motor will last longer on 220V
Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
Thanks everybody, I did connect the machine, it was 220V. Runs much better with 220
Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
All my 220v cords have 4 wires. A green, white, black and red. Red and black would come from the 2 breakers, white is the neutral and green is a ground.
On that cord, I would say it is 120v. Black is the feed from the breaker, white is the neutral and green is ground.
I would think that a tag/label would be on the machine identifying the voltage requirements.

Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
you are right, theres a tag saying 120/220, the motor says 220, I am really confused
Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
110 volts
All you need is a plug to place on the end of the wire.
You can get it at Home Depot or even Walmart
Black and white wires are the straight flat prongs.
Green is the round prong

Re: How To Connect A Tajima Tfmx
I have Tmfx 901 and black and white are for live and null ,green for gnd.
If the machine is for 110v or 220v you must look in to manual.
If you don t have manual i can send you .
You can switch from 220v to 110v from power box.
Iwill send you first only the page with power box
But not all TMFX machines have the same electronics
My machine is from 1993
Is TMFX or TFMX?
TFMX is totally different macnine
