How much do you guys charge

Hello
I have a question about how much will you charge for 40,000 stitches per logo.
The size for this logo is 9 inches width and 13 inches height
Thanks

Digitizing or Production?
How many trims/color changes?
How many heads does your machine have?
Lastly what is your total overhead costs?

If the answer was digitizing... (please note I am an inhouse digitizer meaning Retail Clients as apposed to outsourcing)
I charge $89 for basic files. IE simple vector art/logos/ect, but they get a sample sewout and 1-2 corrections, and in some cases... 2 versions...
If it is big/detailed work I charge as much as $150+. One client wanted 2 tractor/farming equipment digitized and put on the back of a jacket based on 2 moderate resolution digitial photos. (I actually had to google the specific equipment just to figure out what the heck i was looking at for some of the detail). And I genuinely would charge $200+ for people/animals.

As for production pricing... You will have to write a formula for this but essentially you need to figure out the exact production time estimate down to the minute and then figure out your hourly cost of production and any aditional profit/ect.

For me Assuming I am making additional profit on the apparel, that there are only 5 trims and 5 color changes. Id charge $36per... but with an added $10per if they are doing less than 8 pieces as the change over time on the machine is brutal.

1 color and I have to buy brand new big hoop because the logo doesn't fit my machine, so i will be running on 1 machine

about 20 shirts

for this one I would have quoted a $95.00 digitizing fee. seems simple enough. I do not do production runs so i am not a competitor to my clients... but we will sew specialty one offs for architects and interior designers... but NO hats/shirts/jackets/etc because of the competitor status that would give us.

Well I charged like $100 so that fine, but and Im charging $25 per shirt, with the shirt
Also pique shirt not T-shirt

Please, please, please put an apostrophe in "it's". The slang spelling doesn't worry me - but the lack of that apostrophe does. :)

The problem is I already gave a quote, but i will tell her next time it will cost more.
I just wanted to check with you guys how much should I charge.
