Huskystar em10

Hi I have a Huskystar em10, and was running it on my windows xp til it crashed. I now have vista and can't get the software to install. Has anyone figured out how to install it on vista.
Thanks, grandma

I have the same problem. I bought my Huskystar before I had a laptop and used it, very briefly, with Windows XP. Now I have a laptop, which would make it far easier to use, but it has Vista and I get an error message saying the drivers are not found. Do they exist? I can't even access any information on the Husqvarna website because when I type in EM10, it takes me back to the original page requesting the country I'm from!
I hope someone can help! Thanks!

Hi
I too, had the same problem but found it was the machine which had locked up, rather than the software. I switched the machine on and off a few times which seemed to free it up whereupon my laptop installed the drivers. However, each time I tried to run the software, it locked up or crashed - I got around this by using compatibility mode. To run programs in this mode, right click on the short cut to the 3D software and select 'properties' from the drop-down list - then select the 'compatibility' tab at the top of the screen and tick the 'run as XP service pack 2'. Do this for each of the software shortcuts (the navigator as well as the 3D intro in my case) and the software should then run.
