I have an EM10 that I've been using on and off for about 8 months. For the most part it has done the job for what I need it for and it easy to use.
Tonight I received a message that the internal memory was full and to de-frag, which I did. I also deleted a few designs that I knew I wouldn't need. Somewhere along the line something happened, and now when I turn on the machine I get an error of U00 (which I cannot find in any of the manuals) and all of the indicator lights are on.
When I try to open the software on the computer I get a message saying that the machine is not attached or turned on (both of which are in fact done).
I've tried rebooting the computer, turning off the machine, reconnecting everything, etc, and it all turns out the same.
Any ideas?
