I’m located in the Houston area is looking for a local repairman at least within the state didn’t want to go through Brother I’ve had some problems with their service department part of it my fault part of the tears

What are you looking to fix? Is it something that you would feel comfortable doing over the phone with the right person? I've taken my gt-381 apart and put it back together.
