Ink Removal system

We have a Cliff Hix I.R.S ( ink removal system) It is all self contained and uses a 20 gal barrel of mineral spirits, which we get from Safety Kleen or any chemical company such as that, Slide the screen in hit the button and 90 seconds later pull the screen out with no ink on it. Handles up 23X31 inch screens, we also wash squeegees and ink scoops with it as well. The inside of the tank is self cleaning. We change the barrel about every 12 weeks and it is a great way to not only handle one of the jobs no one likes to do in the shop but its also a great way to help cut down on the work force needed to run a shop, or at least redistribute employees to other areas of the shop.

This machine also comes with a rolling rack that will hold about 30 screens
